Webinar video is not working.
If you are having issues with the video or sound of your free webinar, please follow the tips below:
- Make sure you have a strong internet connection. Try connecting again by refreshing the page.
- Check your browser. Google Chrome has been proven to be the best browser for our platforms. Another thing that could help is that you copy the link you see in the window of streaming and open it in an Incognito window. Just make sure that the masterclass is not streaming in two windows at the same time.
- If video/audio issues are common on your system, you might want to consider updating your operating system.
- Make sure your sound system is working by testing it out with a random video on YouTube.
